Okay face taping! I thought FOR SURE you were going to say mouth taping! Which I have started doing (pause for COVID) and I'm pretty sure it's a game changer. For years my dentists have asked "do you sleep with your mouth open" to which I'm like "I've no idea, I'm asleep, I have no control over my mouth asleep" but sleeping with mouth open is bad for your teeth, dries everything out etc. Anyway, very first night I mouth taped I woke up properly refreshed! The rest of the nights of sleep were interrupted by my kid and then I got COVID so I needed to breathe anyway I could. Anywho, there you go. I must get back to taping my forehead as I frown like the angriest of people asleep (I can feel it upon waking) but I find it rips out my eyebrows and I need as many eyebrow hairs as I can get. So perhaps I need to trim the tape to be narrower? This comment is long and now sounds unhinged, love the emails, thank you! Ciao!

Oh I've been wanting to try this but it scares me! I'll give it a go. Yeah you can trim face tape to any shape - it's super easy. I don't stick to my eyebrows either I love bushy eye brows!

Snap! I thought it was going to be about mouth taping too. I was a bit weirded out about the concept first up - a naturopath recced it to me, and for the briefest of seconds when I first did it there is a TINY little bit of me that panics about being able to breathe, but its gone in a micro second, and it does really seem to help with sleep and breathing better. I really should go back to it...

Three months later - how's your face taping going, tape-face?

Ah tape face! You're funny. Really well I've tried silicone and water activated tape too and I'll do a follow up on those!

Very random question to anyone out there. Can you heat the heart and soul packs without a microwave (eg when camping) ?

I don’t see why not! They’re shelf stable I reckon they’d up perfectly in a pot.

for a second I thought this was about mouth taping, which helps with breathing issues, and isn't as scary as it sounds, but this Angry 11's Beater sounds interesting too. Also, I lived in Broken Hill for a year or so when my Dad did his teacher training there, and near there - in a place called White Cliffs - there was a house made of beer bottles. And underground house too. What a joint eh? ;)

Ha! I seriously love it. And it's so low commitment if you hate it, give the tape away. Done. Let me know if you use it though! I'd love to hear some real life feedback.

Agree! I'm allergic to lots of tapes, e.g. the one the physio uses to strap my ankle, so I'm not sure whether I would have an allergic reaction to this tape.

Faux fur has been on my shopping list for a few years too. This might be the year. Glad you're feeling better :)

I've been scouring second hand but furs are TINY. This brand has increased their sizing recently which is great! I could just fit in their large without much room to spare so very excited by bigger sizes.
